We were so lucky to have Style Me Pretty highlight Danielle and Jakes wedding last week. Danielle and Jake inspired a perfect wedding infused with rustic elegance and vibrant color. Check out these great pictures captured by Meredith Davenport of Christian Oth Studio. Planning by one of our favorites…Daughter of Design. Click here to check out all the images on SMP.
We’ve had the chance to work on some incredible events but this one was truly one of our favorites. Check out what an amazing fashion designer, a custom built french city and 4000 roses looks like. A huge thank you to Paper Magazine/ Extra Extra Creative for letting us have so much fun doing the floral design and set styling.

A few great pics from the very talented photographers at Turn Loose The Art of the wedding planner event we designed at City Winery. More photos to come but in the meantime enjoy this teaser.
Shawn Connell of Christian Oth Studios is one of those photographers that just gets it. He gets the beauty in the mundane. He sees the perfection in the simple. He knows that the art of “getting ready” is as important as the vows themselves. The moment the bride first sees herself in the mirror, the look on her mother’s face as she sees her little girl. Shawn is genius when it comes to documenting the wedding in all of its moments and this particular celebration, is one of his best. From the stunning style by Hatch Creative Studio, the incredible planning by Annie Lee of Daughter of Design, to the tiny pauses in between where you can literally feel the joy, every last bit of it is simply beautiful. Check out the full gallery at Style Me Pretty.
Come on over next week for some great deals on vases, candle holders and many more fun things. All proceeds will be donated to The American Cancer Society. Hope to see you!
We’ve been waiting for months to share this super unique wedding with you. We are so thankful to Style Me Pretty for high-lighting us today and to our incredibly creative and inspiring couple who let us have so much fun. Here’s a sneak peek…
“When modern meets New York, it’s always a match made in heaven and then when you add in a fabulously creative couple with their own Film Company and design and styling by Hatch Creative Studio, the wedding turns into a total home-run. We’re talking right out of the park, Babe Ruth style. Creativity is bursting from every little inch of this fête, including an amazing installation of paper chains, a flash mob during the ceremony and a cool as can be logo representing the water towers above STUDIO 450 where the festivities took place. Dave Robbins Photography snapped all the goodness from beginning to end and believe me, you’ll want to take a trip to the gallery for the full day. It’s New York at its finest.” Style Me Pretty
We were truly honored to be chosen to design the Birds Eye “Discover the Wonder of Vegetables” Launch produced by Eventage where Top Chef Marcus Samuelsson joined Sally Robling, President of the Birds Eye Frozen Division, to announce their commitment to donate Birds Eye vegetables for up to one million meals to benefit our Feed Kids Better initiative, in partnership with Share Our Strength. Help them reach their goal by going to https://www.facebook.com/BirdsEyeVegetables?sk=app_284993654848283.
Nelson Pitts, center, and colleagues from Hatch Creative Studio prepare to pass out flowers to a same-sex couple outside the City Clerk’s Office in New York on July 24, 2011. Hundreds of gay and lesbian couples across New York State began marrying on Sunday in the culmination of a long battle in the Legislature and a new milestone for gay rights advocates seeking to legalize same-sex marriage across the nation. We heart NYC!
I know it doesn’t feel like it but Spring really is almost here and it’s time to start planting! We’re giving away Wildflower seed packs so you can have a little HATCH in all of your homes. Just send us an email at thenest@hatchcreativestudio.com with your mailing address and we’ll put a few packs in the mail to you. The only thing we request is that you send us pictures when the flowers bloom.
Happy planting!

We had a really fun event this weekend! We got to design the event for the Priscilla of Boston preview of their Spring 2012 Collection at The Glass Houses. The three gorgeous lines that were shown were Priscilla of Boston. Melissa Sweet and Vineyard. Enjoy the looks.
Congrats to Eventage Event Production for producing such a great event.

We loved seeing Monica and Davids wedding on Style Me Pretty the other day. It was one of our favorite weddings we’ve designed and have been waiting to share it with you all. Check out the full gallery on the SMP blog where there are so many gorgeous photos by Belathee Photography and one of the best wedding videos I’ve ever seen by Studio Z Films. Special thanks to Annie Lee of Daughter of Design for being the best planner to design with. You are amazing!
I have to brag about my sister in law (Jennifer Salzman) who had one of her designs worn on the Red Carpet tonight at the Oscars. Congrats Jen!!!
We’re pretty excited to have a new home on facebook. We have put together a few albums of some of our favorite designs. So much more to come but it’s a start. Enjoy.
